PWF-04 Cat Water Fountain, 4L Quiet LED Instant Clean

I would give it seven stars if I could, maybe eight! I have four cats, two 7 mo & two 13 yrs. Three out of four love this fountain. I love this fountain; my 13-year-old girl with kidney trouble is drinking more water. At first, just the kittens loved it. And they were So adorable playing in it. Ive had the fountain 3 1/2 weeks now and just this last week my 13-year-old girl with kidney problems finally started drinking from it regularly. Which even the vet is excited about. Before this she only drink water out of the bathtub when I was in it, or occasionally a gravity feed waterer. But now she is drinking quite healthily out of this one. Which is very important to kidney issues. The Vet is giving her subdermal fluids twice a week since she wasnt drinking enough, so all the water she drinks is literally a lifesaver. I am thrilled that shes drinking out of it now. Thats what I was waiting to see. I would definitely give it seven or eight stars if I could. Id much rather have Ginger love our water fountain then have to give her fluids with an IV bag. Im thrilled.

It is very well packages, and very easy to put together.

It is easy to fill, and very quiet when running. I can't hear it at all.

My dogs did not take long to start drinking. It is also very easy to see the water level. You really don't even need the viewing window. The light shines through, and you can easily see the water line through the white plastic.
I looked at their amazon store, and they sell filters for a little over $2. I don't see a replacement pump or impeller, so once the pump goes, this whole unit may need to be replaced as it has what appears to be a proprietary pump that is made to fit in the recess on the bottom of the bowl.
For the price, if I can get a year out of this, I believe it is worth it. If something happens to the pump before then, I will be back to amend my review.

Absolutely no sound coming from this. We haven't hit bottom of the water level yet, but it's silent so far. As silent as you'd ever hoped for in a cat fountain. It holds so much water, our 2 'safe' cats haven't emptied it yet. The other dozen+ don't get to use this, but based on how much water it holds, we're definitely leaning towards getting a few more.
The window in the front is so much nicer than 'well, crap, when did THAT run out of water' like so many on the market. The ability to see the water level at a glance gives you that piece of mind of knowing you can run to the store without your cat haunting you in it's afterlife because it ran out of water. The blue light inside also shines out pretty brightly, giving both you and your cat a nightlight of sorts.
Perfect mix of convenience, capacity and comfort knowing your cats won't be without water.

We have 4 big dogs and this works great. We only have to fill it up about twice a day and it keeps the more clean and fresh than just a regular water bowl. Any hair from the dogs stays in the bottom so they aren't drinking fur with their water. If it ever were to break or stop working, I'd absolutely replace it with the same one.

My cats love it. It was so easy to assemble, I didn't even need the instructions. I usually have to change the cats water at least 3 times a day due to hair and food. This has been going all day long and the water is nice and clean. It also appears that you can put all pieces, minus the pump, into the dishwasher.
It's very quiet and has a nice blue lighting so you can see the water level.
I'm very pleased with this and highly recommend it to anyone that has a cat or dog that seems to get their water dirty.
